FinderHR is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for an important multinational company in the shipping and logistics industry.

This position is ideal for HR professionals looking to develop their careers in a global environment, partnering with business leaders and contributing to organizational development, talent management, and employee experience initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and business leaders to support strategic people initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation of organizational development, talent management, performance, and training programs.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes when required.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
  • Provide HR guidance on people-related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations.
  • Participate in local, regional, and global HR projects.
  • Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Organizational Psychology preferred) or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training, or related areas.
  • Intermediate English level (B1–B2) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational culture processes.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, compensation, SuccessFactors, or DocuSign is considered an advantage.
